TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When purchasing tickets online you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Customers must read our event information to ensure the event is suitable for them before booking which forms part of our terms and conditions and covers procedures in relation event attendance and cancellation due to Covid-19 or subsequent pandemic restrictions.

Tickets purchased online will be sent via email as a PDF to the email address you used when making the booking. Please print these tickets and bring them with you on the day of your visit. If you are unable to print your tickets you are welcome to show your tickets via phone or tablet on your arrival. | Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Customers should contact the Reindeer Lodge immediately upon receipt if there is a mistake. | Each ticket is valid for admission of the number of people shown on the ticket only. Drinks (with exception of arrival drinks for Gold table holders), Food, Retail items and other attractions on site are not included in the ticket price and can be purchased separately on the day of your visit. | It is not permitted to bring food or drink (with exception of baby food) into the venue which is a licensed premises. | Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. | Dogs are NOT permitted on site unless they are assistance dogs. | The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the Customer’s order is accepted by the venue. No order will be accepted until the venue receives full payment. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number of visitors per booking. | Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and once booked are non-refundable and do not provide for customer cancellation. | Ticket amendments can be made up to 7-days prior to the date of your visit subject to availability. Any changes to the time and date of your visit will be subject to a charge of the difference between your booked ticket prices and the standard entry prices shown on the day of your revised visit. | The venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published Event program and change or remove acts and performers where reasonably necessary. Where the venue is required to cancel an event we will endeavor to offer customers an alternative date for their visit as soon as it is possible. Where a customer is unable to attend any of the dates available for the rescheduled event a refund will be offered in full on commencement of the rescheduled event. | Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the venue will use all reasonable endeavors to notify the Customer using the details provided at the time of order. The venue does not guarantee that the Customer will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event. Please check our event web page or Facebook page before travelling to ensure that an Event has not been cancelled or rescheduled. | No refunds or compensation of any kind will be offered to Customers who are refused entry or removed from the Venue due to unacceptable behavior including breaching the visitor rules, ignoring written warning signs or instructions on-site, damage or vandalism of venue property, mistreatment of any animals and verbal or physical abuse or aggression towards staff or other visitors. | Customers who either leave during an Event or arrive after their Event ticket time will only be granted admission or readmission to the Event at the discretion of the venue. | If a Customer experiences any issues or problems with their enjoyment of the event during their visit, the Customer must inform Venue staff immediately as issues cannot always be resolved after the Event. | All property brought on to the Venue including vehicles are brought at the Customer's risk and the venue shall not in any way be responsible for any theft, loss or other damage in respect of such property. | The venue will not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused (other than death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the venue) unless the venue has breached its legal obligations and such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of such breach. | Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged are at the Customer’s own risk. | Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event, or for material changes to an Event, will be limited to the refund of the purchased ticket price from the venue only. | The Customer acknowledges that photographs, filming and recording authorised by the venue may be carried out from time to time. The Customer consents to being included in such photographs, films and recordings and the use, reproduction, storage, distribution and broadcasting of such films and recordings (including any copies made) by the venue without pay. | The venue will hold images of you during your visit to us that are taken by our photographers for the purpose of retail sales to yourself only. Your images will not be shared or sold to anyone else. Images are stored on photographic equipment for the duration of the event to enable you to purchase your photographs from the venue. All images are deleted within 60-days after the event. | Our site has CCTV and you may be recorded when you visit. CCTV is there to help provide security and to protect both you and the venue. CCTV will only be viewed when necessary (e.g. to detect or prevent crime) and footage is only stored temporarily. Unless it is flagged for review CCTV will be recorded over. | The venue processes information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please check that these Terms and Conditions are suitable for you before booking. By submitting a Booking you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.  We reserve the right to change these Terms including terms related to any new policies on the website at any time and any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website, at the camping field, or otherwise brought to your attention. You are bound to this by booking. | If you do not adhere to our Terms and rules or fail to pay for your accommodation, you will be in breach of your contract and will be made to leave. | Camping is only available on days where Festival Tickets have been purchased. Camping is only available for festival ticket holders only. No visitors or guests are permitted into the campsite unless they have Festival Entry tickets and have booked for camping. A booking can NOT be made for more than 3 consecutive days. | Bookings are charged per PITCH up to a 4man tent, or per Campervan | Bookings are not transferable to another party. | When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is 18 years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms & Conditions and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party. | The camping field is to be used for recreational camping only. No vehicles are permitted into the camping field. | You must be able to provide proof of booking on arrival, either a printed confirmation or a screen shot on a mobile device. | These terms and conditions may change at any time and any new conditions or amendments will apply to your booking. 

   

      

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULES

If you want to amend your camping booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. Subject to availability and the conditions below, amendments to your booking can be made free of charge if you notify Us before the 7 days prior to your Arrival Date. If the amendment increases the price of your booking, the increased amount will be charged. | You may cancel your booking at any time. | We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings, unless a minimum of 7-days notice is given with a valid reason (you will be charged an admin fee to cover our costs). | A booking can only be amended once. | No booking amendments will be accepted by Us within the 7 days prior to your Arrival Date. | We do not accept poor weather as a reason for cancellation/rebooking, unless it is deemed as unsafe and risk to public safety i.e. flooding, hurricanes and other extreme weather conditions in which case you will be contacted and offered an alternative. |  If the Festival date relevant to the camping booking is cancelled by Us, the camping booking will also be deemed as cancelled and a full refund or change of date will be offered.

 

LIABILITY

Please read this section as it is important that you understand what you are agreeing to. | Personal belongings including vehicles brought onto to the property are entirely the responsibility of the booker. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of such property however it may be caused. | Nothing in this section limits or attempts to limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude Our liability. | If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of Our failure or Our negligence.  We shall not be responsible for any losses that you suffer that are indirect or not foreseeable, including, but not limited to, loss of income or revenue, loss of business and loss of anticipated savings. | Where we are responsible for your loss, Our maximum liability shall be no more than to refund the amount paid by you for the camping. | As Our Campsite is located in a rural environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by livestock, plants, trees, wildlife or weather. We advise you to have the relevant insurance. | Should any of the vehicles owned by your party get stuck and require assistance or towing, we shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle(s). You should check that your insurance cover will allow secondary towing. | We do not accept responsibility for anything that adversely affects your holiday that is outside of Our control. We advise you to have suitable travel insurance. | These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The Reindeer Lodge is committed to protecting your privacy and security. How and why we use your personal information is set out in this policy so you are informed and in control of your data.  |  The Reindeer Lodge will ask customers to “opt-in” for any marketing communications to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.  |  You can decide not to receive communications or change how we contact you at any time. Black Meadows, Leeswood, Mold, CH7 4SQ.  |  We will never sell or share your personal data.  |  Your personal data (i.e. any information which identifies you, or which can be identified as relating to you personally) will be collected and used by the Reindeer Lodge - www.reindeerlodge.co.uk. We hold personal data you provide to enable us to fulfill your booking. This includes information you give when booking tickets such as name, date of birth, email, address, telephone etc. This information is collected and stored via our Ticketing provider Ticket Tailor who’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.tickettailor.com/privacy-policy/  |  We may collect information from social media where you have given us permission to do so, or if you post publicly on one of our social media pages.  |  We do not store any customer financial information (payment information such as credit/debit card or direct debit details). All credit or debit card financial data will use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt the data between your browser and our payment processing provider’s servers. |  We use your personal Information for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and communicating with customers to promote the Reindeer Lodge. This includes keeping you up to date with our news, updates, offers and events.  | The Reindeer Lodge and our ticketing and payment processing providers employ a variety of physical and technical measures to keep your data safe and to prevent unauthorised access to, or use or disclosure of your personal information. Of course, we cannot guarantee the security of your home computer or the internet, and any online communications (e.g. information provided by email or our website) are at the user’s own risk.  |  Our site has CCTV and you may be recorded when you visit. Reindeer Lodge complies with the Information Commissioner’s Office CCTV Code of Practice, and we put up notices so you know when CCTV is in use.  |  The Reindeer Lodge will hold images of you during your visit to us that are taken by our photographers for the purpose of retail sales to yourself only. Your images will not be shared or sold to anyone else. Images are stored on photographic equipment for the duration of the event to enable you to purchase your photographs from the Reindeer Lodge. All images are deleted within 60-days after the event.  |  Reindeer Lodge is based in the UK and we store our data within the European Union. We will only use and store information for so long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for. How long information will be stored for depends on the information in question and what it is being used for. For example, if you ask us not to send you marketing emails, we will stop storing your emails for marketing purposes (though we’ll keep a record of your preference not to be emailed). We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. We never store payment card information.  |  Our website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the website. Where applicable this website uses a cookie control system allowing the user on their first visit to the website to allow or disallow the use of cookies on their computer / device. This complies with recent legislation requirements for websites to obtain explicit consent from users before leaving behind or reading files such as cookies on a user’s computer / device.  |  Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computers hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website. Users are advised that if they wish to deny the use and saving of cookies from this website on to their computers hard drive they should take necessary steps within their web browsers security settings to block all cookies from this website and its external serving vendors.  |  Our website may contain external links/hyperlinks to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of any of those external websites (but please let us know if a link is not working).
